Villa Encantada represents Credible Group, a Toronto-area manufacturer of custom hospitality casegoods and seating, for hotel projects in Tennessee. Credible builds guestroom and public-space furniture to your drawings and finish schedule, and we support your team from samples and specification through pricing, production and delivery.

What Credible Group builds

  • Custom hotel casegoods: headboards, nightstands, desks, dressers, luggage benches, minibar and wardrobe units built to your drawings and finish schedule.

How we support a hospitality project

  1. Samples and specification. Finish and upholstery samples, spec sheets and material data for your FF&E package, including contract-grade and flammability requirements.
  2. Pricing. Trade pricing and project-specific quotations based on your quantities and finishes.
  3. Shop drawings and prototypes. We coordinate drawings and, where needed, a prototype room or sample piece for approval before production.
  4. Production and lead times. Lead times are planned backward from your opening date, with regular production updates so there are no surprises.
  5. Delivery. We follow every order from the factory to your receiver or installer and stay your single point of contact if anything needs attention.
