Villa Encantada is an independent sales agency for the design trade, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This page explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it. Questions go to [email protected] or 423.740.1778.

What we collect

• Trade accounts. Your name, firm, email, phone, city and website, plus a password. We store the password only as a one-way hash, never as readable text.
• Memo requests. Your name, firm, email, phone, shipping address, any project notes, and the fabrics you chose.
• Order requests. The fabrics and quantities, shipping details and notes you send.
• Email and calls. Whatever you choose to send us.

How we use it

To review trade accounts, send memos, prepare quotes, place and track orders, and follow up on your projects. When an order goes ahead, we share the details the maker needs to fulfill it. If we send you trade updates, every email includes a way to opt out.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Where it’s kept

Account, memo and order records are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, and in our customer records system, HubSpot.

Cookies and analytics

• Sign-in. A cookie keeps trade-account holders signed in.
• Your memo list. Fabrics you add to a memo request are saved in your own browser until you send or clear them.
• HubSpot measures visits and form submissions. Its cookie banner lets you accept or decline.
• Cloudflare provides security and web analytics.
• Apollo.io helps us see which businesses visit the site.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your trade account.
